OUR SERVICES
Lighting.
Lighting - we offer a range of lighting services. We cover all aspects of lighting, from changing light switches, changing lights, installing new lights, spotlights, external lights and wireless switching. If any service you require which isn't listed, please get in touch.
Sockets.
If your looking for additional sockets, wanting to swap to USB double sockets or just want to change the finish of your double socket, we are here to help. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Consumer Unit Upgrade.
We ensure when installing a new consumer unit, we allow for future expansion. Future proofing your installation adds value to your property and saves having a mini consumer unit installed at a later date if required for a EV charger or solar.
Partial Rewire.
Partial rewires take place for many reasons. You may be having a new kitchen installed and its easier to rewire your kitchen due to socket locations and power demand. It could be you have had rodents in your loft and chewed a bunch of lighting cables. Either way, when undertaking a partial rewire we will work with you through the whole process.
Full Rewire.
Full rewires are undertaken for a number of reasons. It could be your electrical installation hasn't been touched or upgraded in any way shape or form. It could be you have just bought the property and fancy changing all socket locations and light switch positions. Or maybe you have had an unsatisfactory EICR. No matter the reason, we will plan every step of the journey with you.
EICR.
Electrical Installation Condition Report - these reports are mainly issued to landlords and landladies, so they know their electrical installation is safe enough for their tenants. It gives us electricians a chance to find faults, find broken accessories and determine the state of your installation. It is also requested by people who are planning to buy a property, allowing them to give them a true understanding of the installation and if any work is required before they purchase the property.
